Our Commitment

QuantumOne does not sell your personal information. We do not "sell" personal information as that term is defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), or under any other applicable state privacy law.

QuantumOne does not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not "share" personal information as that term is defined under the CPRA — meaning we do not disclose personal information to third parties for the purpose of cross-context behavioral advertising, whether for monetary or other valuable consideration.

These are firm commitments, not aspirational statements. They apply to all categories of personal information we collect, including health data, genetic data, biometric data, and all other data described in our Privacy Policy.

What This Means in Practice

• We do not sell or rent your personal information to any third party for any reason.
• We do not share your personal information with advertising networks, data brokers, or ad technology companies.
• We do not use advertising tracking pixels (such as Meta/Facebook Pixel, Google Ads, TikTok Pixel, or similar technologies) that would transmit your personal information to third parties for advertising purposes.
• We do not allow third parties to collect your personal information through our website or app for their own advertising or marketing purposes.
• We do not provide your health, genetic, biometric, or other sensitive personal information to employers, insurance companies, or public databases.

Your Right to Opt Out

Under the CCPA/CPRA and other applicable state privacy laws, you have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information. Because QuantumOne does not sell or share your personal information as defined by these laws, exercising this right will not change how we process your data — but the right is available to you.

If you still wish to submit a "Do Not Sell or Share" request, you may do so by:

• In-app: Through Settings > Privacy

We will acknowledge your request within 10 business days.

Global Privacy Control (GPC)

We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) opt-out preference signal. When we detect a GPC signal from your browser or device, we treat it as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for the associated browser or device, as required by the CCPA/CPRA and the Colorado Privacy Act.

You can enable GPC in supported browsers (such as Firefox, Brave, or DuckDuckGo) or through browser extensions that support the GPC specification.

How We Do Use Your Information

While we do not sell or share your personal information, we do use it to provide the Services as described in our Privacy Policy. Specifically:

• Service providers only. We share personal information with a limited number of service providers solely for the purpose of operating the Services. These include AWS (cloud infrastructure, storage, and data processing), Stripe (payment and subscription processing), Apple (In-App Purchase processing for iOS), Open-Wearables (wearable device integration), and Sentry (error monitoring and crash reporting — no personal health data is shared with Sentry). All service providers are bound by data processing agreements and may not use your information for their own purposes.
• Authentication providers. If you sign in using Apple or Google, your email address is exchanged with the selected provider for authentication purposes only. No health, genetic, biometric, or other sensitive data is shared with authentication providers.
• App distribution. We share limited data with Apple (for App Store distribution and In-App Purchase processing) and Google (for Play Store distribution) as required, including crash reporting through their respective developer consoles.
• No advertising data flows. No personal information — including health, biometric, genetic, or usage data — is transmitted to any advertising platform, analytics provider that serves advertising, or data broker.
• Anonymized data. We use anonymized and aggregated data (from which your email address — the only personal identifier we hold — has been permanently removed) for internal research and to improve the correlation engine. Anonymized data is not personal information and is not subject to "sale" or "sharing" restrictions. We do not share anonymized data with external third parties.
